The Drones are the robot antagonists to Crazy Frog, created for the music videos by Kaktus Film. They are controlled by The Boss in most major music videos, but are also commanded by Boss Drone in Popcorn.
Their primary objective, when under control by The Boss, is to destroy Crazy Frog. However, they appear to have minds of their own, as in Jingle Bells, a Drone was about to strike Crazy Frog with snowball, but became friendly with him in the end. In We Are The Champions, the Drones appear to be playing football on their own free will, but it could possibly be just Crazy Frog dreaming.
Beta Drone
The Drone was firstly designed by Leopold Fabpics in Axel F storyboards and looked different from the final design. Colored version of Leopolds design appear in Axel F flash game

Appearance
The standard Drones are giant red robots with red glowing eyes and black heads and fists. On their heads, there is a white emblem of a skull, used by The Boss. In Axel F, the Drones had red covers around their upper arms and thighs, but these covers were removed in subsequent videos; there are only covers on the forearms and calves. The Drones ride a black hovering motorcycle in Axel F and in Crazy Frog Racer, and drive armored vehicles in Tricky.
Other Drones
Sub Drone
The Sub Drones first appeared in Popcorn and became a playable character in Crazy Frog Racer 2. They are identical to the regular drones, but have some missing paint. Instead of driving a hovering motorcycle, they pilot yellow torpedoes.
Football Drones
The Drones, but painted to look like they are wearing football jerseys, with white stripes and numbers, they have names of people from Kaktus Film written on their backs.
Boss Drone
A short Drone that commands and oversees the other Drones alongside The Boss. It is painted to look like it is wearing a leader's outfit, with yellow shoulder straps and a general's hat.
Mega Robot
A massive, hunched over Drone with two giant claws. These giant weapons debuted in Popcorn and have been used by the Drones and The Boss to attack Crazy Frog.
The Annoying Drone

In Music Videos
Axel F
Drones made its first appearance in a music video named "Axel F". The video starts off with The Boss in his surveillance van, receiving message for the most annoying thing in the world. Which, he located Crazy Frog, and he found that Crazy Frog is worth $50,000. He pressed a huge red button with the skull logo, releasing the Drone to its first mission. The Robot is on it's vehicle, as the whole video, the Robot was trying to capture Crazy Frog.
At one point, the Drone releases it's rocket. The rocket went under Crazy Frog's legs, as the Frog managed to stay on the rocket. In the end, the rocket exploded the van.
Popcorn
Drone's second appearance is in the last Crazy Frog's music video "Popcorn". In this video, Drones appear working on their Mega Robot underwater. Crazy Frog wasn't caught, until the Boss Drone reported the robots that he was there. The Boss Drone led the robots to capture the protagonist. As they we're following Crazy Frog, the general accidentally hits his head on a massive part of the huge robot.
The Boss Drone fell down on the ground, as the robots were still chasing Frog. Crazy Frog found the controller of the robots (where Boss Drone was standing before) as he took the leading of the robots and made them dance in a variety of ways. In the end, The Boss clicked the huge red button again, releasing the Mega robot onto Crazy Frog. In the end, somehow Crazy Frog escaped the madness.
We Are The Champions
Drone's next appearance was in another music video for We Are The Champions. In the video, Crazy Frog is asleep, dreaming that he is playing football with five of the Robots. The drones kick the ball in different energetic ways and crazy frog stops them easily, but then he gets hit with a ball and wakes up, realizes it's a dream and sleeps again. The dream now is weird, lot's of frogs sing and Crazy Frog runs scared from them until a giant ball falls almost squishing Crazy Frog. He then waked up in shock, as he quickly feels asleep again.
Safety Dance & Daddy DJ
Drones fourth appeareance is in Safety Dance/Daddy DJ, regular drones are in a stage playing instruments as a rock band while the Boss Drone appears to be the singer, crazy frog accidentally ruins their show.
Jingle Bells
In Jingle Bells a Drone appears throwing Crazy Frog snowballs, Crazy Frog as usually seems to think it's just a game and runs happily to meet the Drone which is about to throw him another snowball, Crazy Frog grabs the drone's head and kisses him for no reason, the drone seems to get softened because of this and then we see them both making snow angels togheter.
In Crazy Frog Racer
The Drones appear as characters in the Crazy Frog Racer series and appears in all games except Crazy Frog Racer GBA. It drives its black hover motorbike in game.
Stats
The Drone has poor acceleration, but makes up for it in speed and weight. It can use the Digital Mine and Made-Up Sphere like Michel and Bobo. In Java, Drone is more balanced.
