Tricky is a single by Crazy Frog, released December 10, 2021. The song samples Run-D.M.C.'s 1987 single "It's Tricky."[1] On the date of the song's release, a music video was also uploaded to YouTube.[2] Tricky is the first release by Crazy Frog in 12 years, since his last album in 2009, Everybody Dance Now.

Synopsis

The music video starts with Crazy Frog peaking his head out the center of a red background, reminiscent of the intro to Looney Tunes[3]. The camera pans around toward a rocket in the middle of a desert, titled Space-Y. A sign reads:

Space-Y: Space travel for The Ultra rich Sign up today! Call: 8201-IFYOUPAYYOUCANGO

Below the sign, a Drone dressed as a sheriff guards the fence surrounding the rocket.

Crazy Frog is seen, hovering around the empty desert, signing to himself, when he stumbles across a rusty rocket next to a sign which reads:

Warning! Secret Space Base, Keep Out! (Restricted area, no trespassing) No really, Keep Out!

The sheriff Drone informs four other Drones around the gate of the fence of Crazy Frog intruding on the space base, holding up and pointing to a tablet which says "Capture at all cost!" The Drones set out in armored vehicles wearing night-vision goggles to search for Crazy Frog out in the desert. Crazy Frog, seeing the Drones chasing him in their armored vehicles, begins to flee. He heads toward a solar panel farm and begins circling around it, but gets surrounded by more Drones. Eventually, Crazy Frog gets run over by one of the Drones, and gets knocked out. More Drones begin to surround Crazy Frog as he lays on the ground.

Suddenly, Crazy Frog's eyes flash blue, and he starts to make his iconic engine-revving sound. The Drones grab their heads and their eyes begin to flicker to blue. Suddenly, Crazy Frog dons a red shirt, Adidas shoes and a black and white "CF" cap, and him and the squad of Drones begin a dance routine.

The Boss presses a button on his control panel to reset the Drones, causing them to become angry, with their eyes changing back to red. The whole squad of Drones edge toward Crazy Frog before all of them jump-pile onto him. They then realize that he went missing.

Crazy Frog pops out of a manhole closer to the rocket, which is now sparking and preparing for launch. He runs up the side of the rocket and climbs in through a hole in the side. Now wearing a space suit and helmet, Crazy Frog begins pressing random buttons on the control panel of the ship, before slamming down on a "Start Engines" button. The rocket ship takes off. The Boss presses a button on his control panel, "Emergency Eject," causing Crazy Frog to get launched outside the rocket into outer space.
