Crazy Frog Racer 2, or Crazy Frog Arcade Racer in the United States, was released on December 1, 2006 and is the sequel to Crazy Frog Racer. Like the original, it was developed by Neko Entertainment. It was published by Valcon Games in the United States and by Turtle Games in Europe. It was released on PlayStation 2 and PC. It features added bonus content, new mini games, new characters, and tracks based on Crazy Frog music videos.
Like its predecessor, this game is a kart racing-style. There are twelve tracks total, with four cups based on the music videos, each with three tracks.
Development
Following the release and success of Crazy Frog Racer, development began on Crazy Frog Racer 2. Up to the release of the sequel, the first game sold more than 140,000 copies in the UK.
Early names for the new characters added to the game were the "Evil General", "Hawaiian Crazy Frog", "Torpedo Drone" and "Crazy Frog Drone".
A new website was also created for the game, crazyfrogracer2.com.
On December 1, 2006, the game was released.[1]

This also means that certain power ups are no longer character exclusive. Similarly, nuts can be collected to repair vehicle damage.
Trivia
- The game was released in the United States as "Crazy Frog Arcade Racer" because the first game was not released there like in other countries.
- There are difference between the Championship and Single Race modes. In Championship, different objects appear such as advertisement billboards.
- The intro of the game is the same as in Crazy Frog Racer. Despite Matilda being in the intro, she wasn't added as a playable character.
- In the More Crazy Hits: Ultimate Edition album there is a trial of the game. It has a simple installer, and only lets the user play for forty minutes.
- In PC version, when it asks to insert the CD, there is a rare picture of Crazy Frog in glasses with slightly open mouth.
- The track layouts for every track in Crazy Frog Racer 2 are identical to the first game.
- Many textures and assets are shared between the two games.
- When the game puts you back on the course after falling off, hitting accelerate at the exact right time gives you a boost.
- There's a randomly placed tree texture on the Ice Observatory track. It's only visible from one side, so it can only really be seen if you're driving through the stage backwards.
