Crazy Frog is not canonically dead. However, there have been many hoaxes, rumors, edits and memes surrounding his death.
Reports
Because of Jamba! advertisements, many people wanted to kill Crazy Frog or see him dead. First reports of "death" were in 2006[1] - few news outlets trumpeted the death of Crazy Frog following the downturn in the ringtones market. Then in 2019 Metro.co.uk wrote article because of edited Wikipedia page[2]. Dexerto in 2022 wrote article due to viral "Crazy Frog is dead" post by "Crazy Frog Updates" fan Twitter page[3]
Wernquist Animation Death Edits
Shortly after The Annoying Thing animation was released by Erik Wernquist, many annoyed people began creating edits featuring Crazy Frog getting killed in many different ways. These videos were shared on cellphones in 3gp format

Run over by a train
This video depicts Crazy Frog getting run over by a train. Interestingly, this video was referenced in the W32/Crog.worm virus, which promised to attach this video of Crazy Frog being run over.
Shot by Gun
In the A Bear's Tail parody, we can see Crazy Frog getting shot by the Bear. Crazy Frog even has his parts broken with blood when he got shot.

Death by Swine Flu
@CrazyFrogg, a parody Twitter account, tweeted on June 11, 2009 that Crazy Frog is "coming down with Swine Flu (H1N1).[4] Because this was one of the only Crazy Frog related Twitter accounts at the time, many assumed that this was the official Twitter account. On April 22, 2020, the real official Twitter account was created.

Origin
Origins of an image of Crazy Frog hanged by a noose is Jamster website. Unlike the image used in the tweet, that original image had tongue and pupils were close. It is unknown who made the final version, which was so popular it was on bootleg t-shirts

On July 1, 2020, @TrueCrazyFrog, the official Twitter account, posted this image with the caption, "Goodbye, world."[6] This tweet was met with backlash, with many seeing that this tweet was a poor-taste joke that Crazy Frog killed himself. The post was later deleted with an apology posted afterward.[7]
Kill Flash games
Fans made a few flash games where Crazy Frog getting killed, such as "Shot down the frog" and "Crazy Frog baseball". However, "Crazy Frog ball game" is made by Jamster, as written on the crazyfrogfootball.com[8], which is impossible because of how bloody it is
Blended by Alfred E. Neuman
On the cover of Australian MAD Magazine #420, Alfred E. Neuman, the mascot of the MAD Magazines, blends Crazy Frog. The featured article about Crazy Frog also outlines various gorey methods of killing Crazy Frog.
